Package shows delivered, but I haven’t received anything

Sometimes your tracking information may show that your Go Moto package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it yet. Don’t worry, this is usually easy to resolve.

Here are a few steps to check first:

  1. Check your mailbox most Go Moto packages fit through a standard letterbox and are delivered there directly.
  2. Check around your house the courier may have left the package in a safe spot, such as your porch, garage, balcony, or behind a plant.
  3. Ask your neighbors couriers occasionally leave packages with neighbors if you weren’t home.
  4. Check any other delivery points you may have specified, like a reception desk, concierge, or parcel locker.
