Sometimes the tracking link in your shipping email may not update in real time. This is usually caused by the third-party courier system and doesn’t mean your package is lost. A few things to keep in mind:
- Packages are typically shipped around 15:00 Amsterdam time on weekdays.
- Tracking information is usually visible within a few hours of shipment.
- We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, so tracking may appear inactive during the weekend.
- The estimated delivery date in your shipping email is an estimate provided by the carrier and can occasionally be inaccurate — please be patient if your package hasn’t arrived yet.
- For the most accurate and up-to-date delivery information, check our shipping page.
If you have received a tracking email with your tracking number, your package is on its way. We use SendCloud to send order updates, but tracking information may not always update immediately.
For the most accurate status, we recommend entering your tracking number directly on your local carrier’s website (you can find your carrier here) — this usually gives the most up-to-date information.
Unfortunately we have no influence over carrier delays once a package has left our warehouse. If your package hasn’t moved for more than 5 business days, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly using your tracking number — they will have more detailed information than we do.
Please note that we can only see the same tracking information you can, and we are only able to step in if the carrier confirms the package is officially lost.
