Where is my package?

All Go Moto orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

Track your package

For the most accurate and up-to-date status, enter your tracking number directly on your local carrier’s website. You can find a list of carriers per country on our shipping page.

A few things to keep in mind:

  1. Orders are typically shipped around 15:00 Amsterdam time on weekdays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
  2. Tracking information is usually visible within a few hours of shipment.
  3. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and may occasionally be inaccurate. For the most up-to-date delivery times, check our shipping page.
