My order is delayed or stuck at a sorting centre

Sometimes packages can get held up at a carrier sorting centre, causing delays beyond the estimated delivery date. This is unfortunately outside of our control — once your package has left our warehouse, it is fully in the hands of the carrier.

What you can do:

Check your tracking number directly on your local carrier’s website for the most up-to-date status. You can find a list of carriers per country on our shipping page.

⚠️ During busy periods, sorting centres can experience higher volumes, which may cause temporary delays. Please be patient, your package is on its way!

When should I contact Go Moto?

If your package hasn’t shown any movement for more than 5 business days, feel free to reach out using the form below and we’ll look into it for you.

Please note that we can only see the same tracking information you can see, and cannot intervene with the carrier directly, unless they confirm with you the package is lost.
