If you want to return your Go Moto mount or accessory, you can do so for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Here’s how it works:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. You can grab a return label here.
- We always check the return request manually, and you will receive the label within 1 business day via email.
- Once your returned product reaches us, we will issue your refund within the same week if the conditions in step 1 are met.
- Instead of a refund, you can also choose to exchange the product for another mount or accessory.
