- Keep the product in its original packaging if possible.

Once your report is submitted, our support team will review the case and arrange for a replacement or repair, according to our warranty policy.
Please note: warranty applies only if the defect is due to manufacturing issues, and not caused by misuse, damage, or normal wear.
