I received a defective product

If your Go Moto mount or accessory is defective, we’ll help you get it replaced or repaired as quickly as possible.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Check your product carefully and note the defect — take clear photos showing the issue.
  2. Keep the product in its original packaging if possible.
  3. Use the contact form at the bottom of this page to report the defect.

Once your report is submitted, our support team will review the case and arrange for a replacement or repair, according to our warranty policy.

Please note: warranty applies only if the defect is due to manufacturing issues, and not caused by misuse, damage, or normal wear.
